PDI worked with local developers to create a Town Center with a traditional "main street" character, able to accommodate big box development while creating a transition to the residential neighborhood.

The plan provides pedestrian-scale buildings along the main street with linked green spaces to parking lots serving the big box development. Wetlands are preserved and a Town Square is created to link the commercial district with the recreational and neighborhood areas.
