A key part of Erin's future development strategy is an area that will serve as a cultural and economic center for the community. Adjacent to the Town Park and Town Hall, the new Town Center will create a place for both social interaction and business. The plan, reminiscent of traditional Wisconsin small towns, relies upon small structures and businesses to dodge the development pitfalls of suburban strip-malls and commercial sprawl.
