A key feature of the Midtown Triangle Neighborhood Plan is the residential development of City Homes: a one-block initiative by the City of Milwaukee to influence the revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood.

PDI worked with the City to create a significant public place within the site which will add value to surrounding development.

Along with the site plan, PDI provided construction details for the ornamental fence around the circle.
