The City of Kenosha wanted to create a new neighborhood park around an existing woodlands and creek. The park, located close to the edge of town, is meant to serve the needs of an existing neighborhood as well as future development. The design includes a variety of amenities that will appeal to different age groups: tennis courts, nature trails, a tot lot, a ball diamond, and a pavilion for group gatherings, among others.
