St. Joseph's Hospital wanted to implement this component of PDI's Burleigh Street Urban Design Plan.

PDI designed the park and worked with the City of Milwaukee to create a seamless transition between the public and private parts of the design.

The park creates a significant public landmark that should serve as a catalyst for new commercial growth along Burleigh Street - one of Milwaukee's traditional neighborhood main streets.

The park features customized gateways, ornamental fencing, traditional pedestrian lighting, specialized paving patterns, and shade trees with great fall color. The street design slows local traffic and provides parking for nearby activities.
