An innovative program was required for this landmark project on Milwaukee's lakefront. PDI's program for O'Donnell Park included events and activities for families, tourists, businesses and year-round patrons. The project, which includes 1,200 parking spaces and a 40,000 square foot pavilion, is based on an award-winning design created in 1987 by a team led by Larry Witzling and Harry Van Oudenallen. The program was used to implement the $30 million William F. O'Donnell Park project.
