PDI helped the Village of Cleveland and the surrounding Town of Centerville develop a Joint Comprehensive Plan. The plan recommended detailed neighborhood plans for areas likely to be developed.

PDI worked closely with the Village in creating conceptual drawings that depict building layout, parking, circulation, and landscaping, for an area near the I-43 interchange.

In addition to design guidelines, the neighborhood plan allows the Village to guide development to meet the community's long-term vision.

Subsequent to PDI's completion of the plan, the village requested that PDI amend the plan to include the entire village.
