For this development project, key objectives included a site design that preserves the rural character of the Town, adds value to the homesites, and has limited view from the road.

PDI provided the Town and the land developer with an option which preserved approximately 40 of the 80 acres. The maximum number of lots are incorporated into the plan and each homesite is adjacent to an environmental feature or has a view of a natural area.
