The Dallmann family wanted to develop their farm, located on the edge of the Village of Jackson, in a traditional residential pattern. PDI worked with an engineer and a builder to create a plan that enhanced existing environmental features and the small town character of the neighborhood.

The design includes three distinct entrances from the main road, green space amenities, four different housing types, public access to the park, and the existing farmhouse.

The streets are narrower than the Village standard, and tree-lined to provide an intimate feeling for the neighborhood.
