In conjunction with Vetter Denk architects, PDI developed an overall urban design concept that maximizes the density of this narrow site, while creating a city block pattern out of an interconnected system of streets and walkways.

As part of the planning process, PDI developed a series of pedestrian-friendly concepts that emphasizes public places, mixed uses, pedestrian connections, and building forms that agree with the scale and texture of the surrounding neighborhood.

The plan is a key component of the City's larger vision for riverfront housing and public places in the Beerline area.
