PDI worked with the Town of Richfield to create a Transportation Corridor Overlay district.

This project is a response to the possible widening and improvement of State Highway 164 (formerly CTH). The project combines land use planning, transportation planning, and urban design to promote sound physical, economic, and environmental conditions.
